Establish Project details including site features, technology assessment, basic plant configuration, salient technical features, tentative plot plans, Heat mass balance, key single line diagram etc., along with project implementation schedule, project cost estimation with project economic viability assessment, Return on investment calculations etc.

- Optimization of performance output & selection of cost effective frames
- Preparation of HMBD
- Determination of battery limits
- Selection of Operational scheme (Manual, semi-automatic & automatic)
- Selection of redundancy (OHT, Instruments, relays etc)
- Adherence to appropriate Design and manufacturing standards
- Selection of appropriate material of construction, heat exchanger area, plugging margin, Gear box safety factor etc.
- Preparation/review of SLD, P&ID, logics, cable schedule etc.
- Preparation/review of other design documents and drawings.
- Preparation/review/optimisation of powerhouse layout, foundation block plan, earthing layout, cable tray layout, cut out and insert plate etc.
- PLC/SCADA engineering, Software development, Controller/Communication selection, Energy management system with data log etc.
